These terms cover your use of the Ascension Creators website, including the application form. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

Who can use the site

The site is for adults. Do not use it if you are under eighteen years of age or under the age of majority in your country, whichever is older.

No guarantee of income

Nothing shown on this site is a guarantee of income. What a creator earns depends on their work and on market conditions. We make no guarantees of income. Numbers and results mentioned anywhere on the site are examples of what is possible, not promises.

Applying

Submitting an application does not make you a client and does not oblige either side to anything. We review every application personally and decide at our own discretion who we work with. If your application is accepted, the working relationship is set out in a separate agreement made with you on an individual basis. Until that agreement exists, nothing on this site creates one.

Your information

Everything you submit through the application must be true, current, and about you. We may decline or drop an application that contains false information.

Our content

The text, logo, images, and design of this site belong to Ascension Creators. Do not copy, republish, or reuse them without written permission.

Using the site

Do not scrape the site, submit applications with bots, interfere with the server, or use the site for anything unlawful.

Provided as is

The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Ascension Creators is not liable for damages that come from using the site or relying on what it shows.
